Online Counselling

You don't need to be in Doncaster to work with me. Online counselling gives you the same space, care, and confidentiality as an in-person session — just from wherever you happen to be, across the UK or Europe.

How It Works

Sessions take place over video call (or phone, if you'd prefer not to be on camera) at a time that suits you. All you need is a private space where you won't be interrupted and a stable internet connection. There's nothing to prepare — we just start where you are, the same as any first session.

Why People Choose Online Sessions

  • No travel time, which makes fitting therapy around work or family life easier
  • The option to join from a space that feels safe and familiar to you
  • Access to LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy even if there isn't a specialist near you
  • The same level of confidentiality and professionalism as in-person work

Is Online Therapy as Effective as In Person?

For most people, yes. What matters most in counselling is the relationship between you and your therapist, and that builds just as well over video as it does in a room together. Some people find it easier, in fact, to open up from a space they already feel comfortable in.
