A one-to-one counselling session offering a confidential, supportive space to explore whatever you may be experiencing. Together we can work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, helping you gain insight, understanding and support.

£45 per 50-minute session

Couples Counselling

Couples therapy provides a safe and respectful space for partners to talk openly about their relationship, welcoming couples of all genders, identities and relationship styles.Together we can explore patterns of communication, rebuild understanding and work towards healthier ways of relating to one another.

Sessions are £55 for 50 minutes.

Concessions

I understand that accessing therapy can sometimes feel financially challenging. For this reason, I do offer reduced-fee sessions for students or those on lower incomes. Cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting support.

  • Step 2: The Introductory Call

    Once you’ve been in touch, we will arrange a free 15-30 minute initial consultation. This is a no-pressure space for us to meet, discuss your needs, and see if we feel like a good therapeutic fit. It’s important that you feel comfortable with me before we commit to a full session.

  • Step 3: Finding Your Space

    If we decide to move forward, we’ll find a regular time that works for you. Whether we work together short-term or long-term, your therapy is tailored entirely to your pace.

    Consistency is key to the therapeutic process, and we will build a schedule that supports your life.
